TexShare

TexShare is a consortium of Texas libraries joining together to share print and electronic materials, purchase online resources, and combine staff expertise. It is also a free resource through the library for patrons. TexShare cards will allow our patrons to check out materials at other participating libraries throughout the state.

In order to access TexShare databases from the library’s catalog, you will need your library log-in information (card number and password). After logging in to your account in the catalog, click on TexShare Databases under Electronic Resources. Or, you can call or come by the library to get assistance in accessing these resources.

Visiting TexShare card holders: Please bring photo ID and current library card from your resident city to receive access to our library.

TexShare card holders share the same borrowing privileges as our patrons. Special collections and computers are available for in-house checkouts. Our Genealogy collection is available by appointment. Free WiFi is available throughout the facility.

In order to be a TexShare card holder through our library: You must be a registered patron of the library. Must not have any fines, charges, or any other issue on their library account. Must be in Good Standing with a demonstrated compliance to existing borrowing polices with the Library for at least 6 months.
